WE SupporT- Education Systems

We support global education, to bring equality and opportunity to every child. More than 72 million children of primary education age are not in school and 759 million adults are illiterate and do not have the awareness necessary to improve both their living conditions and those of their children. Some children do not know the importance of education but i believe education is the key to a better world.

We are sure most of you already know who Malala Yousafzai is but for those of you who don't...Malala is a women's and education activist. She's an inspiration to all of us and has changed this world in more ways than you can imagine. Malala's journey and the speeches she has made are more than inspirational, her words are ones we all need to take notice of. Too many girls are still shut out of education because they have to work, are married early, or have to care for younger siblings, denying them their fundamental rights to education. Girls face violence preventing them from going to school in over 70 countries. If your reading this then you are in the position to help. No girl is better than another girl. Even though these girls are in 3rd world countries, a million miles away...We are all still able to help.

We donate monthly to this incredible cause and you can help too by clicking here.

Not a specific charity as such but an action we can take when looking for a new pet. A lot of us go straight to breeders when we want a new furry friend when in fact there are thousands of unwanted animals in shelters that need a loving forever home. Confetti Heli is a proud owner of 6 cats, 3 of which they bought and the other 3 have been taken on from someone else or rescued. Heli says; 'It wasn't until my 6th furry member of the family came along that i realised how incredibly rewarding it is to adopt. He had been a stray cat for years and years and had spent a year or more living around our garden, he was pretty much feral! He has really long fur and was so matted you could see his skin and he wouldn't let anyone go anywhere near him. I went out every day to try and gain his trust and get a little closer to him. The first time i heard him purr was AMAZING and i knew we were gonna become besties. He's now happy and healthy and so content in his forever home. Please consider adopting over shopping for your next pet!'

As a Girl Gang aiming to inspire and make a difference, our biggest aim and future goal is for Confetti Crowd  to one day own our own charity. A Confetti Fund to help UK young girls with anxiety and depression, a fund supporting women rights and education around the globe and of course we want to make a difference to animal cruelty and animal testing to help out our furry friends.

Most people think helping a charity means donating money or a lot of time that you may not have, some people don't trust charity's and find it hard to know the right one to be a be part of. Our first tip would be to research, find other people who support them, check news articles, reviews and YouTube campaigns and always remember you don't have to give heaps of money to be involved with a charity, if your not in the position to help fund a charity, start by volunteering, promoting on social media, spreading the word, emailing in to see if there is anything you can do to help.  If your reading this, you are in the position some way or another to help support a charity or campaign so, if you do want to help a charity but aren't sure where to start we thought we would give you a heads up with who we support and why we support them.

Don't forget to get in touch if you have any questions, or if your struggling with any issues and just need a bit of friendly girl advice! We are always here to help!
